
Global Wellness Program
The firm recently implemented a firm-wide Global Wellness program for all firm employees. Our wellness program encourages each employee to design and move towards their own vision for physical and mental wellbeing. Some wellness topics include maintaining proper hydration, sleep health, live workouts, managing stress and how to counteract bad posture sitting at a desk. With both mental and physical health a priority, the program’s mission is to help improve life quality through both new and existing resources, enabling attorneys and staff to define and achieve their own wellness goals. The firm also sponsors an Employee Assistance Program, which offers 24/7 counseling to all employees and their family members and other services to support our employees’ wellbeing. All Gibson Dunn members are also eligible for a Journey Meditation subscription, which provides access to live and archived meditations. In addition to meditations on reducing stress and self-care, there are some designed for the entire family. Global Wellness helps harbor work life synergy through convenience care referral services for daily life needs at no charge via WPO, including referrals for local professionals (e.g., electricians, plumbers, house cleaners), automobile purchases, and travel resources.
