Your responsibilities:

• Support in monitoring the legal framework and legal developments and deriving necessary recommendations for action; especially in the field of Procurement, Donation and Sponsoring
• Creation, adaptation and implementation of contract templates
• Research activities on selected legal issues
• Support in the preparation of legal opinions and statements
• Documentation of the department's consultations
• Preparation and design of presentations

Your profile:

• Successfully completed first and second state examinations in law or successfully completed studies in German Business law (LL.B. / LL.M.)
• Professional experience in contract and commercial law as well as civil law - or qualified and committed young professional (m/f/d) who is also happy to familiarize themselves with new areas of law
• Professional experience in a comparable position would be an advantage
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and high social competence
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Very good organizational skills with high flexibility and willingness to perform
• Very good knowledge of the MS-Office package (esp. Excel and Word)
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• A pronounced "hands on" mentality, coupled with the will to provide independent, proactive advice
