Why did you choose to study law?

I have always wanted to be a lawyer and my choice of studies  after highschool was pretty obvious.

Why did you choose to study at ILF?

I choose the ILF  for the courses offered in the finance area and for the 2 months internship at the end of the year.

What was your contact to other students like?

It was a great year, lots of student events were organised and, as foreign students coming from all over the world, we did a lot together (study time and leisure time).

Did you profit from ILF’s network?

The ILF network allowed me to do an internship at the ECB, so I definitely profited from their network/partnership.

Do you still have contact to your study colleagues?

I do from time to time with some students and have kept two close friends here in Frankfurt that I am meeting weekly.

Where there any alumni reunions after you finished your LL.M? If yes, how did they look like?

Several, always friendly and well organised.

How did attending ILF change your career?

It allows me to start building a network in Frankfurt and beyond.

Which was your favorite course / part of the program you attend?

Project Finance. I also enjoyed participating to the "effective negotiation" course.

Why would you recommend ILF’s study program to future students?

The program is taught by lawyer/ legal expert in each field. It is really close to the practice and I would encourage every junior finance lawyer to attend the courses offered by the ILF.
