Associate (m/w/d) – Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Construction Simmons & Simmons LLP

We are seeking an Associate / Solicitor of England & Wales (f/m/d) to join our global Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Construction (ENRIC) team and be based in the Frankfurt office.

Our Frankfurt based ENRIC team has market leading expertise in advising lenders, sponsors, and export credit agencies on the structuring, documenting and executing various types of project finance, project development, and ECA- and MDB-backed financings both on domestic and international markets.

You will be working closely with other teams within the firm, such as Corporate M&A and Asset Management, to tackle challenging projects collaboratively.

You will be actively involved in projects and transactions and will assume direct client contact at an early stage. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and support from our partners and colleagues, enabling you to build and develop your professional expertise.

What we are looking for

• A qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with proven experience in project finance/ECA-backed finance gained at an international law firm
• Fluent English language skills and good command of German language skills
• Strong entrepreneurial and "thinking outside the box" approach to solving problems and issues in transactions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
